Bladder Campion

Bladder Campion
Silene latifolia
Silene latifolia has, as they say, "been the subject of several taxonomic revisions".  Don't get me started about taxonomists, God bless them.  Here's what I think!

This is a fairly recognizable plant, with the "bladder" right below the flower.  It's a common plant in disturbed areas, which is often true of non-native plants.

The bladder
The plant itself is not very showy
One of the confusing taxonomic features is the number of styles. This plant has five.
Five deeply cleft petals
