The Snow Trillium is a cool little plant!  It has an appropriate name.  It comes out very early in the spring and unless you're at the right time and place you won't find it.  It's a small flower, maybe the smallest of the Trilliums.  At first it's not real noticeable, but then you start seeing them everywhere.  In my neck of the woods, a good place to find them is Kokiwanee Nature Preserve.
